The boat is unsinkable, due to its top-resilient material. The hull is completely and securely welded with joint frames and becomes a single-piece object. Wide and protective consolle provided for demanding users also offers protection from wind and sun, with the possibility to be entirely closed ; the rib has a comfortable port side aisle, big stern platforms with built-in ladder. Self bailing, unsinkable, with 6 watertight compartments, it can face any condition in safety, but it can also be a comfortable holiday machine with his sundress surface and wide seats. It has a plastic gasoline tank, 190 litres, that allows up to 200 miles crusing. The speed is almost 50 knots with a 225 hp outboards, but 150 hp is enough for sport performances. The design project of the rib has been done with CAD 3d software, checked also with RhinoHYD advanced software for stability and hydrostatic calculations and Scan&Solve FEA simulator for the structural analysis; the hull is built with MIG weldings that complies ISO requirements , starting from plate nesting and cnc-laser cutting.
